Hey there! We totally get that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask that you give us a heads up if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Just shoot us a message at least 72 hours before your scheduled time and we'll take care of the rest! If do need to cancel last minute or don't show up, we'll have to charge you a fee of $65 or 50% of the total cost of the service booked, whichever is greater. We don't want to do that, so please let us know if you can make it!

We understand that getting sick can be a bummer, but we kindly ask that you let us know you need to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy still applies, even if you're feeling under the weather however the fee will be applied to a Deep Treatment service at your next appointment.  So give us a shout and we'll be happy to reschedule for a later date.
