How do I book an appointment?

Our online booking is the easiest, most convenient way to schedule your visit with us. The online system is available 24/7 and has the most up to date availability. However, if you need more assistance with your booking or the service you are interested in is not available online, you can contact us during business hours text us at (480-297-2677 ) , message directly under each stylist profile or shoot us an email at Honeyandheal@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as possible and within 24 -48 hrs .

What do I do if I don’t know which services I need?

You are always welcome to book either an in-person or vitual consultation. These are especially recommended if you are looking to do a major color change, extension service or Cosmetic lip blushing tattoo . If you’re looking for something more straightforward and are just having a difficult time figuring out what services to choose, you can take our quick!
What is our Cancellation Policy?
Hey there! We totally get that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask that you give us a heads up if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Just shoot us a message at least 72 hours before your scheduled time and we'll take care of the rest! If do need to cancel last minute or don't show up, we'll have to charge you a fee of $65 or 50% of the total cost of the service booked, whichever is greater. We don't want to do that, so please let us know if you can make it!

We understand that getting sick can be a bummer, but we kindly ask that you let us know you need to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy still applies, even if you're feeling under the weather. So give us a shout and we'll be happy to reschedule for a later date. Thanks for your cooperation and we hope you feel better soon!

Time is something we can not get back
If you are 10 minutes late we may have to skip your blow out or other aspects of the service , so that we can stay on schedule for our guests throughout the day. Keep in mind our prices are based on the time we have reserved for you and the complete service will be charged accourding to the time reserved. If you are later than 15 minutes for your reserved session , we may only be able to provide half the service scheduled, or you most likely will have to be rescheduled all together.

Our Stylist’s reserve your session just for you , as I'm sure you can understand , a Cancellation or changes to appointment without 72 hours noticed will be charged 65.00 or 50% of service whichever is greater.

Redo and Product exchanges
we strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with any service provided let us know with in the first 7 days of your visit and we will work together to correct the issue. No refunds , we do offer a re- visit to address concerns . Shoud you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with , Honey and Heal will accept exchanges within 14 days of your initial purchase. Please note we can only do exchanges.
